Our company could source products under customers’ requirements. More details offered (like pictures, videos, links even samples) more accurate, easier and time saving for our sourcing.
After sourcing, we will share an offer with products details like pictures, size, weight, MOQ(Minimum Ordering Quantity), Packing details and other descriptions. Customers could balance and compare the offer they may get.
After the price offering and confirmation, we could offer samples to customers for more research. Small expenses may be charged in this step.
This step we may need communicate more details about how customer would like to put the order, If you have some special requirements on the packing, labels, delivery time, etc. If you want to brand your own product, logo shall be offered. In this case, we could also arrange samples after we got your own logo on the products. Anyway, we will only move forward if you are satisfied with the samples.
Down payment(30% of the order value) shall be paid to instructed bank account by T/T after the Final Invoice issued. We can also accept Paypal/Western Union for small amount.
All later procedures from this will be completed by us. In this step, we will order the products from and contract with the factory. Normally, in the whole process, customers do not need to contact suppliers themselves. We will deal with suppliers on customer’s behalf.
When production is finished, we will check the quality under customers original requirements and feedback to customers if there is any difference by report, pictures or videos. For massive production order or professional items, Third Party Quality Inspection could be applied as well.
Total balance amount shall be paid after products are ready for shipment. About the payment term, we are also flexible. We can basically accept 100% T/T, balance against copy of B/L, L/C, etc..
Our company will arrange shipping and prepare custom clearance documents. Different shipping methods can be organized under the requirements of the customers.
